Norris Point Estates are named in honour of the heritage of estate owner, Joy Canadeo. When searching for the perfect name for the new community she envisioned, Joy thought of her grandmother. She was the one person who embodied the spirit Joy wanted for this venture.

Since her grandmother hailed from Newfoundland, Joy named her estate Norris Point, after the popular coastal community located there. The homelike atmosphere and coastal feel of Norris Point Estates are a direct homage to a wonderful woman.
